I know this is a little long and late in coming,  but I’ve  been busy with kids, vacations, new puppies…

I am a fairly new member  of the CCCOE, the California Crafters Club of Etsy.  The CCCOE runs a monthly challenge for its members to inspire and promote each other’s work.  The challenge for the month of April was "California Celebrates Cinco de Mayo."  Voting occured the first week of May, and was open to any Etsy members.  My entry, my first challenge attempt, was the proud winner of the first place prize. Here it is, my new Rose of Sharon necklace:
